Is this bag structured or rigid? 

No. The Origin Tote is a soft, unstructured bag with a relaxed shape that slouches naturally when carried and folds flat for storage or travel. It does not have a hard base or a zipper closure. If you prefer a rigid, boxy tote, this one is not for you.

Does it stand up on its own?

No. Because it's unstructured and flexible, it won't hold a fixed shape on its own. It takes the shape of what's inside it, which makes it comfortable to carry and easy to pack flat.

What pockets does it have?

Two front slip pockets fit a phone, sunglasses, or small essentials. Inside you'll find a slip pocket that fits a 15-inch laptop, a zip pocket for valuables, and a D-ring for keys or a badge. Note: the laptop sleeve is not padded, it is a slip pocket.

Does it fit a laptop?

Yes. The interior laptop sleeve fits up to a 15-inch laptop alongside your other daily essentials.

How big is it?

Laid flat: 23 x 18 x 7 inches. When loaded: approximately 16 x 14 x 7 inches. It fits a laptop, water bottle, lunch, books, gym clothes, and more.

Is it machine washable?

Yes. It's made from heavy-duty 16oz cotton canvas and is machine washable. Wash cold and air dry.

Does it have a zipper?

No. It has an open top design for quick access and easy loading. The only zip is the interior security pocket.

What is it made from?

Heavy-duty 16oz cotton canvas with reinforced strap bases and strong stitching at stress points. Wide shoulder straps sit comfortably even over bulky coats.

Can I use it as a carry-on?

Yes. It's lightweight and folds flat, making it ideal as an airport personal item or travel bag.

What colours does it come in?

Currently available in Beige, Yellow, Green, and Burgundy.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Delivery times after that are: USA: 5-7 business days 

Australia and NZ: 3-5 business days

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If you don't see it after a few days, check your spam folder or email us at hello@harpandrastore.com.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

No. We're unable to deliver to P.O. boxes.

Do I have to pay customs or import taxes?

Any customs fees, tariffs, or taxes applied to your order are the responsibility of the customer. Harp + Ra is not responsible for these charges.


Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact. Email hello@harpandrastore.com to start a return.

Who pays for return shipping?

You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Do you accept returns on sale items?

No. We do not accept returns or refunds on sale, bundled, or discounted items unless the item arrives faulty or damaged.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@harpandrastore.com and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of us receiving and approving your return.
