Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your order. If something isn't right, contact us within 30 days of receiving your item at hello@harpandrastore.com.

Change of mind We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully. If you're buying a gift and are unsure, a gift card is always an option.

Sale items All sale items are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.

Conditions for return All returned items must be unused, unworn, in original packaging, and in the same condition received. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refunds Refunds are issued to your original payment method, minus shipping costs. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear.

Exchanges Approved exchanges are issued as online store credit to the value of the original purchase price, excluding shipping.

Return shipping We do not provide return labels. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. To start a return, email hello@harpandrastore.com for the return address.
