Refund policy

We want you to love your Harp + Ra purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase. To start a return, email us at hello@harpandrastore.com. We'll send you authorisation and return instructions.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with packaging and tags intact. Include your order slip or packing slip with your return.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Harp + Ra is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5 business days. Shipping costs are not refunded. If you paid with a gift voucher or store credit, a new voucher will be issued. For Afterpay purchases, refunds are processed through Afterpay.

Exchanges We're happy to exchange for a different colour or size. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll ship your exchange.

Sale Items We do not accept returns or refunds on sale, bundled, or discounted items unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Faulty or Incorrect Items If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@harpandrastore.com. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. Normal wear and tear is not considered a fault.

Manufacturing Warranty We stand behind the quality of our products. If you experience a genuine manufacturing fault, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we'll make it right.

Lost or Damaged in Delivery Contact us within 7 days at hello@harpandrastore.com and we'll do our best to help.

Care Instructions Machine wash cold, air dry. Avoid harsh chemicals, tumble drying, and prolonged sun exposure. Do not carry excessive weight over time as this can stress the straps and stitching.
