We want you to love your Harp + Ra purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@harpandrastore.com and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Refunds Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5 business days. Shipping costs are not refunded. If you paid with a gift voucher or store credit, a new voucher will be issued. For Afterpay purchases, refunds are processed through Afterpay.

Sale Items We do not accept returns or refunds on sale, bundled, or discounted items unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Faulty or Incorrect Items If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@harpandrastore.com. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. Normal wear and tear is not considered a fault.

Manufacturing Warranty We stand behind the quality of our products. If you experience a genuine manufacturing fault within 12 months of purchase, contact us at hello@harpandrastore.com and we'll make it right.

Lost or Damaged in Delivery Contact us within 7 days at hello@harpandrastore.com and we'll do our best to help.

Care Instructions Machine wash cold, air dry. Avoid harsh chemicals, tumble drying, and prolonged sun exposure. Do not carry excessive weight over time as this can stress the straps and stitching.
